How verification works
- At checkout you confirm you're of legal age in your province.
- On your first delivery our driver checks valid government-issued photo ID — a driver's licence, passport, or provincial ID card. Expired ID doesn't count.
- Any time after, our team can re-check if there's doubt. If ID can't be produced, the order goes back with us and is refunded minus nothing — we'd rather eat the trip than guess.
What we refuse
- Orders for anyone under the legal age, full stop — including "it's for my parent".
- Deliveries where the receiving person can't verify age, even if the buyer could.
- Second-party purchases that look like supplying minors. We cancel and ban.
Why we're strict
Cannabis is legal for adults in Canada and we intend to keep our side of that bargain. Verification takes fifteen seconds at your door, happens once, and keeps the whole thing working for everyone. Please keep all products locked away from children and pets — and never drive after use.
