When do I get the e-Transfer details?
Within minutes of checkout, by text to the phone number on your order. Send the transfer with the answer we give you, and your order heads out the moment it lands — that's usually the fastest path to your door.
Is there a surcharge for paying by card?
No. Debit and credit at the door cost the same as e-Transfer or cash. The price on the menu is the price you pay — delivery is free too.
Is my card information stored?
Never online. Card payments happen in person on a handheld terminal at your door, the same as any delivery service. Sixtall's website never sees or stores card numbers.
Do menu prices include tax?
Yes — the price you see is the price you pay. No tax line appears at checkout and nothing gets added at the door.
Is there a first-order discount?
Yes — $10 comes off your first Sixtall order automatically at checkout. No code needed.
