Privacy policy
Discretion isn't a feature we bolted on — it's most of the product. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone, delivery address, and what you ordered — the minimum needed to deliver and support your order.
- Age verification: we visually check government ID on your first delivery. We don't keep copies of your ID.
- Account data: if you create one — email, name, and a hashed password. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
- Technical basics: standard logs (IP, browser type) for security and fraud prevention, and a local-only cart stored in your own browser.
What we do with it
Deliver your order, text you status updates, verify age, prevent fraud, and answer your messages. That's the list. Marketing messages only happen if you explicitly opt in, and every one has a working stop.
What we never do
- No selling or renting your data. Not to advertisers, not to "partners", not to anyone.
- No card numbers online. Card payments happen on a physical terminal at your door; this site never sees them.
- Nothing on the package. Deliveries arrive in plain, unbranded packaging with no product information visible.
Storage & protection
Order and account data lives in encrypted databases hosted in North America, behind access controls limited to the people who run your orders. We keep order records as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
Want your account or personal data deleted, or a copy of what we hold? Contact us from the email on file and we'll handle it. Cookies here are functional (session, cart) — no third-party ad trackers.
