- Verified buyers only. After your order is delivered, you'll get a review invitation — reviews can only come from orders that actually happened.
- Unedited. We publish the good and the grumpy. Criticism that helps the next customer stays up.
- First names only. Discretion applies to reviews too — no full names, ever.
