The deal between you and Sixtall, in plain language. Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms.
1. Who can order
You must be of legal age in your province — 19+ in Ontario, 21+ in Quebec — to browse, order, or receive delivery. Valid government-issued photo ID is required on your first delivery, and any time our team asks. We refuse and cancel orders where age can't be verified, without exception.
2. Orders & pricing
Menu prices are in Canadian dollars and are final — taxes are included and no fees are added at checkout or at the door. All prices are validated server-side when you place the order; if a listed price was wrong, we'll contact you before anything moves. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline orders at our discretion (for example, failed age verification or an address outside our delivery areas).
3. Payment
We accept Interac e-Transfer before delivery, and cash or debit/credit at the door. e-Transfer orders dispatch once payment is received. Card payments happen in person on a terminal — this website never collects or stores card numbers.
4. Delivery
Same-night delivery within posted hours to the areas listed on our delivery areas page. Someone of legal age must receive the order. Unattended drop-off requests require payment in advance and approval by our team. Delivery timing estimates are exactly that — estimates; we'll keep you updated by text.
5. Exchanges
Given the nature of the products, all sales are final, with one exception: if something arrives wrong or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number. Unopened, unused items in that window are eligible for exchange.
6. Accounts
Accounts are free and optional. You're responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively (including gaming first-order or referral offers).
7. Responsible use
Cannabis affects everyone differently. Don't drive or operate machinery after use, keep products away from children and pets, and start low and slow with edibles. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product here has been evaluated for the treatment of any medical condition.
8. Liability & changes
The site and its content are provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We may update these terms — material changes get a fresh "last updated" date here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
